Above the Notch Humane Society holds open house events at Littleton Pet Center and Kennel. These events are a great way to visit the dogs that are available for adoption, and to learn about the humane society and how we care for the animals.
We welcome the public and encourage people to come even if they are not considering adopting a dog in the near future. In the past we have combined out open house with fun events, including a dog training demonstration, delicious refreshments, and the opportunity to have a family photo (including the 4 legged family members) taken with Santa Claus. If you are interested in volunteering with Above the Notch Humane Society, or considering fostering a dog, an open house is a great opportunity to learn about the organization and decide if you are ready to make a commitment.
